Tivimate Player is a digital product, and all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed. Please ensure that you test the free version before purchasing the premium version.

2. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Purchase – If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same product.
  • Technical Issues – If the premium version fails to activate due to a verified system error on our end.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Compatibility issues with your IPTV service or third-party apps.
  • Incorrect purchases or accidental transactions.
  • User error in setting up or using Tivimate Player.
